Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without the need to provide reasons.
How to Return
- Send an email to info@sakurachanstore.it with the subject “Return Request – [order number]”
- Wait for confirmation and shipping instructions
- Send the product back in its original condition
Refund
The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Non-refundable Products
Returns are not accepted for personalized or user-damaged products.
